Day-of stationery is highly flexible, and your investment will depend on the size of your event and the number of pieces you’d like. I’ll put together a custom pricing proposal when you’re ready to book.
Investments typically start around $500 for essentials like menus and place cards, while large, multi-day events with fully branded details can reach $9000 or more. With everything available à la carte, you’ll have the flexibility to choose exactly what fits your wedding.
Sarah handled everything from our save the dates, to invitations, to our day of paper. I could not be happier with how everything turned out!

which took a lot of the stress off my plate. Everything was such high quality, and accurately printed, which requires the strong attention to detail that Sarah has. These items will become memorable keepsakes that we can look back on for years to come!
A beautifully designed program does more than guide guests through your ceremony—it sets the tone for the celebration to come. Choose from flat or booklet styles in a variety of sizes, including tall (3.875” × 9.25”), 5” × 7”, or 5.5” × 8.5”. For longer services like a Catholic mass, booklet programs can include additional pages to print the full order of service.
Complete the look with a silk ribbon bow to bind the pages or a wax seal to add texture and dimension.
These small details do more than guide guests to their seats - they elevate your entire tablescape. Available as tented or flat cards in a variety of sizes (3.5” × 2”, 3.5” × 2.5”, or 3.5” square or round), each one can include a combination of guest names, table numbers, and meal choices.
Add a wax seal to signify meal selections, mark table assignments, or simply as a stylish finishing touch.
Simple, functional, and anything but boring. Available in 4” × 6”, 5” × 7”, or square formats as flat or tented cards, table numbers can be printed single or double-sided for easy visibility. Designed to coordinate with your suite, they add polish to every table.
Small signs, big impact. From signature drinks and bar menus to guest book, gift table, dessert display, and in-memory signs, these 8” × 10” (or smaller) pieces add clarity and charm to your celebration. Designed to match your suite, they help your guests navigate the day while keeping every detail beautifully on brand.
Make a statement (and keep things running smoothly) with large-scale signage designed to coordinate with your suite. Whether you’re welcoming guests, displaying your seating chart, or adding a decorative touch to your ceremony or reception, they’re a simple, stylish way to bring your wedding day details to life.
Offered as a print-ready digital file, each design can be customized to any size and printed locally at your preferred print shop or office store.

Favor tags, matchboxes, welcome box labels, cocktail napkins - this is where the fun (and the personalization) really kicks in. These small-scale pieces may not come with your invitation suite, but they still deserve thoughtful design. Whether you’re tying a tag to a favor or adding your crest to a cocktail napkin, we’ll make sure it feels beautifully in sync with the rest of your paper goods.
Have something else in mind? I always love a creative challenge so don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
A thoughtful thank you deserves stationery to match. Choose from flat (4.25” × 5.5”) or folded (4.875” × 3.5”) cards. Each includes blank envelopes in your choice of color (add return address printing to make sending them even easier). Keep it classic with a monogram or simple “thank you,” or personalize with a favorite wedding photo to make each note feel even more meaningful.

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah! My wedding package (invitations, favor tags, thank you cards, programs, etc.) are gorgeous! I have received so many compliments on them. But even more impressive, is Sarah. She was so patient, flexible, gracious and kind throughout the entire process. I even love and appreciate the way she packages and ships everything. You cannot go wrong with Sarah. She and her work are amazing!!!
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Think of anything guests will see or use on the wedding day itself: ceremony programs, menus, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, signage, favor tags, and more. If it brands your reception, chances are it counts as day-of stationery.
Not at all, but many couples love the cohesive look. Using the same fonts, colors, and motifs creates a polished experience from the mailbox to the reception table. I’ll help you carry the design through so everything feels connected without being too matchy.
I recommend starting 8 weeks before your wedding. Even if your headcount or menu isn’t finalized, we can begin designing the pieces and adjust quantities and details right before printing.
Ceremony programs can be as simple or detailed as you’d like. Some couples prefer a streamlined card that lists the order of service and wedding party, while others want a more in-depth program that walks guests through a full Catholic Mass or includes personal notes, readings, and music. I’ll help you choose a format that fits your ceremony, whether that’s short and sweet or full of meaningful details.
Day-of stationery is offered in flat printing to allow for variable printing (names on place cards) and quicker turnaround closer to your wedding day.
Some items (like program covers and menus) are available in letterpress or foil - let me know before ordering if that’s what you’d like.
If you have an idea, I’d love to hear it! We’ll design it to feel beautifully in sync with the rest of your stationery so every paper touchpoint, no matter how small, carries the same thoughtful design.
