I recommend booking save the dates at least a year in advance, and invitations 6-8 months before the wedding. But if you have your details finalized before then, the earlier the better! You’ll receive a personalized order timeline detailing the exact approval and shipping dates when you officially book.
The first step is to schedule a consultation and order samples. You can also browse the invitation suite collection to find your favorite look, giving your a head start on the design process.
Yes! Every suite in the collection includes a full line of paper goods for your wedding day–everything from ceremony programs and place cards to thank you notes and signage. Day of stationery services are reserved for clients who have also booked their invitation suite with Banter & Charm.
For clients purchasing printed stationery, I offer hand drawn custom venue illustrations in a pen and ink style (see my portfolio for examples) and custom monograms.
There is not a quantity minimum. Basic sets start at $2100 for 100 letterpress invitation suites.
As a guide, most Banter & Charm couples allocate 8-10% of their overall wedding budget (or about $5000 - $9000) for their invitation suite and wedding day paper goods.
Full assembly and mailing services are available. If you prefer to do it yourself, stationery ships to you ready to assemble. Don’t worry, I provide instructions and tips!
