I definitely judge a book by its cover, and on more than one occasion I’ve purchased lotion or liquor based solely on the packaging.
Saturday afternoons, you’ll find me in the kitchen, baking from scratch just like mom- and also attempting to keep Abby and Alex’s fingers out of the mixing bowl!
Some of my fondest childhood memories involve baking with my mom. She made pretty much everything from scratch- cookies, jam, bread, pizza, you name it, she made it. (Something I didn’t fully appreciate till I was much older!)

As an introvert who’s had panic attacks at the thought of public speaking, voluntarily leading group classes and team practices seems unlikely. But apparently I’m only shy when it comes to things I don’t know, and fitness isn’t one of them.
I try not to be one of those people who talk incessantly about CrossFit, but it’s a big part of who I am. I joined Fort Miami CrossFit since 2017 and started coaching in 2021. Recently, I expanded my coaching to include helping with my kids’ teams for their sports of choice.

Lists, labels, and color-coded calendars—these are a few of my favorite things. I thrive on structure and find joy in a well-organized space (even it doesn’t stay that way for long).
I’ve always found joy in a perfectly labeled planner and a color-coded closet. Spreadsheets are my love language, and nothing makes me happier than a well-structured to-do list. If it’s not neatly arranged and systematically sorted, it’s just not finished. And there’s no satisfaction like checking off those last few tasks at the end of the day!
