The right one for you feels harder to find.
“The finished result is better than I could have imagined, and I’ve already received so many compliments.”
You’ve put real thought into every detail of your wedding. The venue, the flowers, the feeling you want your guests to have from the moment they arrive.
Your invitations are the first piece of that story, and they deserve the same level of intention.

But between life, work, and enjoying your engagement, you have enough to keep you busy.
Let someone who does this every day take it from here.
Clear direction at every step, from etiquette questions to timing, materials, and finishing details. You’ll always know exactly what to do next.
From first conversation to final delivery, you’ll work directly with the same experienced designer. No handoffs, no surprises, no details falling through the cracks.
Curated choices, styling guides, and personalized recommendations replace the endless scroll, so every decision feels considered, not overwhelming.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped couples navigate the part of wedding planning nobody warns you about:
the hundreds of small decisions that stand between a vision and an invitation you’re proud to send.
Premium papers, letterpress, foil stamping, and thoughtful finishes, because the first thing your guests touch should feel as elevated as every other detail of your wedding.
You’ve thought of everything else.
Let me handle this part.
I’m Sarah Brown
Designing for Minted and Hallmark taught me the technical side of beautiful paper: what makes a layout sing, how printing methods affect the final result, and why materials matter more than most people realize.
The art is in how it’s made.
How it will be opened, how it will be read, and how it will feel in someone’s hands matters as much as what it says.
That’s what draws me to letterpress and classic design. Not because it’s what everyone is doing, but because it’s what endures. There’s a quiet magic in the craftsmanship of each piece being printed by hand, one impression at a time. It tells your guests before they’ve read a single word: this event is worth your presence.
Working directly with hundreds of couples at Banter & Charm taught me something even more important: beautiful stationery is only half the job. The other half is giving you the guidance and confidence to make every decision along the way.
Beautiful invitations have always mattered to me. Helping couples make good decisions is what made me love this work.
Banter & Charm is a Michigan wedding invitation design studio

“Obsessed with how all the stationery came out. We got so many compliments—people even said they would frame our invitations, that’s how beautiful they were.”
- holly and Brian

A few of my favorite things
I’m married to Jake (my best friend and biggest supporter), and our kids keep life equal parts hilarious and chaotic.
Give me a gorgeous typeface over a new pair of heels any day. Forget flowers, glyphs and pretty packaging are the way to my heart.
If I’m not typesetting your invitation suite, you might find me...

...baking from scratch the way my mom taught me
...reorganizing something that did not ask to be reorganized
