There’s a lot to think through when it comes to wedding stationery. And it’s easy to feel behind before you even begin. (You’re not alone if you’ve found yourself Googling mailing timelines at midnight or wondering what actually goes in an invitation suite.)

Thoughtful design, letterpress printing, and the finishing details that make your suite feel special don’t happen overnight.
When you plan ahead, decisions feel unhurried. There’s no rushing to meet deadlines, and you get to enjoy the design process instead of dreading it.
You don’t need every detail finalized to get started.
We begin by defining how your guests will experience your stationery, then build from there.
You’re never handed a blank page or endless choices.
Just clear recommendations and realistic mockups that guide typography, color, and finishing details.
The result? A wedding stationery suite that feels cohesive, considered, and worthy of the celebration you’re planning.
Hi, I’m Sarah!
The designer behind every detail at Banter & Charm.
Think of me as your guide through the paper side of wedding planning. The one who obsesses over the details so you don’t have to.
With over 15 years of experience in wedding stationery, I’ve learned that brides need more than beautiful paper: they need clarity on how to make their vision a reality.
Whether you’re nearby or across the country, the process is built to run smoothly. No in-person meetings required (though I’m happy to meet if you’re local!).

“Working with Banter & Charm was one of my favorite memories from wedding planning.”
Above all else, Sarah is a professional, and you know it immediately. She has a lovely process for brides who can’t meet in person, and provides such helpful insight as the process evolves. On top of that, she elevated my vision and gave me a keepsake that I will always treasure. Sarah is helpful, creative and so on top of it, I am grateful for her beautiful work!
I recommend booking save the dates at least a year in advance, and invitations 6-8 months before the wedding. But if you have your details finalized before then, the earlier the better! You’ll receive a personalized order timeline detailing the exact approval and shipping dates when you officially book.
The first step is to schedule a consultation to receive a custom proposal.
You can also order samples so you can see the paper in person.
Yes! Every suite in the collection includes examples of paper goods for your wedding day: everything from ceremony programs and place cards to thank you notes and signage. Day of stationery services are reserved for clients who have also booked their invitation suite with Banter & Charm.
For clients purchasing printed stationery, I offer hand drawn custom venue illustrations in a pen and ink style (see my portfolio for examples) and custom monograms.
There is not a quantity minimum. Basic sets start at $2300 for 100 letterpress invitation suites.
As a guide, most Banter & Charm couples allocate 8-10% of their overall wedding budget (or about $5000 - $9000) for their invitation suite and wedding day paper goods.
Full assembly and mailing services are available. If you prefer to do it yourself, stationery ships to you ready to assemble. Don’t worry, I provide instructions and tips!
