The Hope wedding invitation is one of the original wedding invitations designs in Banter & Charm’s wedding collection. It was also the first design I offered in letterpress, and it’s been a favorite with brides all along. It’s easy to see why it’s such a popular wedding invitation! Delicate lace paired with sweet script fonts give this invitation a romantic and vintage feel.
The first version is the original design, shown in 2-color letterpress (Powder and Pewter) on 110# Fluorescent White cotton paper.
The next image is the same design layout and fonts, and still in 2-color letterpress with Pewter ink for the text. But this time blind letterpress was used for the lace graphic (instead of Powder shown in the previous sample).
The third version is also in 2-color letterpress, but this time the fonts have been changed, and the placement of the lace graphic was also adjusted.
The fourth version features another font and type layout change, and this time the bride chose gold foil stamping for the lace graphic.
The last version features a horizontal layout, along with changes to the ink color, fonts, and lace graphic placement.
