When your wedding ceremony location is as stunning as the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, you need equally eye-catching invitations. And these custom invitations for Lizett and Andrew’s Notre Dame wedding don’t disappoint!

Lizett’s wedding invitation must-haves included thick paper in navy blue, letterpress, vellum, and silver foil, and I absolutely love how it all came together! The main invitation piece featured a combination of silver letterpress and silver foil on thick navy cardstock.
We highlighted the bride and groom’s names by using silver foil, then letterpress printed the rest of the wording and border in a metallic silver ink.
The RSVP card was printed in navy letterpress on crisp white cotton paper – such a great contrast to the navy paper used for the invitation!
A coordinating insert card, also letterpress printed in navy on white cotton paper, featured details about the wedding weekend events along with accommodations information for the guests. Tip: if you’re hosting multiple events the weekend of the wedding (like a welcome dinner or morning-after brunch) include details in your invitations so guests know what to expect!
The invitation suite was wrapped up with a vellum belly band featuring the couple’s names and wedding date in navy blue. Such a perfect finishing touch! Silver mailing envelopes, lined with a custom marble inspired pattern, tied in with the silver letterpress on the invitation.
