Banter & Charm retains the copyright and right to reproduce any and all stationery designs or design materials provided to the client, including but not limited to: contracts, price list, digital proofs, printed proofs, finished printed materials. It is a copyright violation to reproduce any stationery design or design materials without the express written consent of Banter & Charm.
If you wish to share any of Banter & Charm’s designs on your website or blog, please credit Banter & Charm as the copyright holder of the design and include a link back to this site.
Banter & Charm is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm eastern. Banter & Charm is closed weekends and all major holidays. When estimating your turn around time, do not include holidays or weekends.
Banter & Charm accepts PayPal and major credit cards via PayPal. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal without signing up for an account.
Work will not begin on your project until the deposit or payment has cleared. Printing will not begin until your balance is paid in full.
Orders shipped within Michigan will include 6% sales tax.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & RETURNS
At Banter & Charm, we take pride in the quality of our work. If something is wrong with your order please let us know and we will do our
best to make it right.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not available.
Returns or refunds based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your
printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Due to variations in the printing
process, over time colors can vary from what is shown on our color chart, and may not match your final
product perfectly. There may also be slight color variances across the different stationery pieces in your
If you choose to cancel your order prior to final approval and printing, we will refund 50% of your
payment, excluding any deposit and printed proof costs. Once a design has been approved and sent to
print, no refunds are available.
You can order a design in its featured color combination or choose colors from Banter & Charm’s color chart. We highly recommend ordering samples to see the color options in person. A color chart included with every sample order.
All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. If you would like a custom color, please provide a PMS number or color swatch. We cannot guarantee custom color matching.
Letterpress inks are mixed by hand. Because of this, there is the possibility of slight color variation between printed pieces.

PAPER & ENVELOPES
Flat print wedding invitations are offered on thick 118# 100% cotton paper in your choice of Brilliant White or Soft White.
Letterpress orders are available on Fluorescent White or Pearl White 100% cotton paper in 110# cover weight, or upgrade to super luxe 220# double thick cover.
Save the dates and other wedding pieces are flat printed on 120# 20% cotton card stock in Brilliant White or Soft White. 118# 100% cotton paper is available as an upgrade.
Envelope liners and belly bands are printed on 70# text weight paper.
Non-wedding orders are flat printed on 120# 20% cotton card stock in Brilliant White with white square flap envelopes. 118# cotton paper available as an upgrade. Colored envelopes available as an upgrade.
Matching pointed flap envelopes are available for each paper, or choose from more than 40 colored envelope options. Please note that envelope colors may not exactly match the ink color.

Banter & Charm’s wedding stationery is professionally printed using one of three printing methods: flat printing, letterpress, or foil stamping. Please view our customization guide for further information about each printing process.
All orders ship ready for you to assemble. Envelope liner assembly is available as an upgrade.
he minimum order quantity for wedding stationery is 50.
Non-wedding stationery is sold in quantities of 5. The minimum order quantity for non-wedding orders is 20.
If you require additional copies of your stationery after your order has been sent to print, you will need
to place a new order.
Because the cost is high per piece to re-order additional stationery, we recommend that you order extras up front.
A digital proof of your chosen design, personalized with your details, will be sent via email within 2-3 business days of submitting your deposit, signed contract, and order details.
Revised proofs will be available within 1-2 business days of their request. Two free revisions are included in your order. Additional revisions are available at $15 each ($25 each for wedding orders).
Revisions to non-wedding stationery are limited to typographical edits and color adjustments. Any changes to the font, layout, orientation, or size of designs will incur a $25 customization fee per piece. These changes are complimentary in wedding orders. View the customization guide for more details.
Prior to final approval, you may also request a printed proof of your order. (Printed proofs are not available for letterpress orders.) Printed proofs for flat printed stationery are available for $10 per piece + shipping.
To finalize your designs for printing, we require approval of each piece in your order. Once you’ve given final approval of your designs, Banter & Charm is not responsible for any typographical or layout errors so please make sure to proof your designs carefully! Your final balance payment is due at time of approval.
You will be financially responsible for the full cost of re-printing and re-shipping due to any errors found after final approval.
Designs are sent to print as soon as approval and final payment is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for flat print non-wedding orders or 3 weeks for non-wedding letterpress or foil stamp orders.
Production time is at least 2 weeks for flat print wedding orders and at least 6 weeks for letterpress or foil stamp wedding orders. Specialty finishing services, such as die cutting, envelope liner assembly, or address printing, may add to this timing. Please refer to your contract for your ship date.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All wedding orders, letterpress orders, foil stamping orders, and orders with finishing services ship via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and shipping insurance (2-3 business days within the United States).
Non-wedding flat print order ship via FedEx Ground (1-5 business days within the US).
Sample orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail.
Shipping times are in addition to print and production times.
Expedited shipping and shipping insurance is available upon request. Wedding orders include shipping insurance.
Banter & Charm guarantees delivery of items to a shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage once the package has been delivered to the carrier.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
By supplying photographs to Banter & Charm for use in stationery designs, you acknowledge that you own or have the rights to reproduce the supplied photographs. Professional photographs cannot be used in a design without a signed release form from the photographer. Banter & Charm reserves the right to refuse use of photographs if they do not meet the standards required for a high quality print.
