WEDDING INVITATION ORDER FORM

Please complete this form and submit it to begin your invitation order. After submitting the form, I will send you a detailed quote
and a contract with your projected ship date. You will also receive an invoice for your $200 deposit if it was not previously paid.

  • Order Information

    Design style

    Pricing for wedding invitation orders includes your choice of design from Banter & Charm's wedding collection. For no additional cost, you can change the paper color, envelope color, ink colors, wording, and fonts from what is shown in the sample design. You can also customize the layout of the design elements*, change the wording, add or remove design elements, and rotate the design.
    *Foil portion in Gilded Collection designs cannot be moved or edited.


  • Paper

    View your paper options. IF you would like to use a different paper for some items in your order, please note it in the "additional information" box for that item.

  • Envelopes

    View your envelope color options.

  • Invitation orders include a single outer envelope for mailing. You can upgrade to an inner/outer set for an additional cost. Inner envelopes are ungummed, and are available in fluorescent white or pearl white.

  • Ink Colors

    View your ink color options. Or upgrade to a custom color for $40. Letterpress and foil orders are priced per ink color or foil. For pricing purposes, Blind Letterpress, (shown in the Harmony suite) counts as an ink color.

    If you would like to use different ink colors for your inserts or accessories, please specify the colors in the "additional information" box for that item.

  • Fonts

    Your design will use the same fonts shown in the sample design unless you request a change. If you prefer to use a different font than is shown, please choose from the Font Guide. Keep in mind that fonts are an integral part of every design and not all fonts or font combinations will be a good fit for your design.

  • Wording & Quantities

    Invitation

    Invitations are A7 size (5"x7"). Blank A7 envelopes are included. Extra blank envelopes will be provided with each order (10% of quantity ordered). Printed invitation backer is an additional cost. Back of invitation will be blank if you do not upgrade to a printed backer.

  • Response Card

    Response cards are 4bar size (3.5"x4.875"). Blank 4bar envelopes are included. Extra blank envelopes will be provided with each order (10% of quantity ordered).

  • Insert Cards

    Insert cards are commonly used to provide your guests with reception details, directions, accommodations, or other information about your wedding.

  • Upgrades and Add Ons

    Make your invitation suite truly unique by adding any of the following customizations. These options are available for an additional cost. View the customization guide and pricing guide for more details.

  • Edge Painting

    Ink is applied to the edge of the paper for an extra pop of color. Please choose from our ink options. Bright, vibrant colors are recommended. Only available on 220# double thick paper letterpress or foil stamping orders.

  • Die Cut Shapes

    A special die is used to trim the paper into various shapes. Not available for 220# double thick paper. View die cut shapes.

  • Envelope Liners

    Envelope liners are available to fit all A7 size envelopes. Choose a custom pattern to coordinate with your invitation suite, or select a solid color. Envelope liners are an additional cost, and are available with or without assembly.


  • Belly band

    Belly bands measure 11" x 2", and wrap around your invitation and inserts to hold everything in place. Choose from a solid color with or without text, a pattern, or specialty glitter or shimmer papers.


  • Envelope Printing

    Your return address and RSVP mailing address can be printed in flat print, letterpress, or foil on standard and light colored envelopes using dark inks.

    Print your return and rsvp addresses on dark envelopes using white flat print ink, metallic letterpress inks, or foil stamping.

    Standard guest addressing: includes your choice of one script or non-script font for the mailing address in black or colored ink on light colored envelopes.

    Premium addressing: print in white ink on dark colored envelopes. Available on Black, Slate, Chocolate, Paper Bag, Eggplant, Wine, Navy, Peacock, and Crimson envelopes.

    Upgraded guest addressing: choose an upgraded layout for your guest addresses by mixing fonts or custom layouts (like type on an angle). Some upgraded address layouts not available for white ink printing.

  • Guest addresses must be supplied in Excel or Google Spreadsheet format.
    Please use our guest addressing template to format your addresses; additional formatting fees will apply for address lists that are not set up correctly.

    Order Time line

    Please refer to the order process page for detailed information about the order time line.

    Allow at least 4 weeks from start to finish for completion of flat print wedding orders and 8 weeks for letterpress or foil stamp orders.

    Once the form is submitted, I'll review your order information and prepare a detailed price quote for the options you've selected, along with a contract detailing your order time line. You will also receive an invoice to submit your $200 deposit if it was not previously paid. Your shipping date is not reserved until the deposit and all information is received.

    Business hours are Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm eastern.
